いつもありがとうございます。なんと不正解だった「be being 過去分詞」が返ってきた英検のエッセイ添削の中に２回も使われてました。「今まさに～されている」という緊迫感を表現できるとのことです。ちなみに先生はアメリカ人です。

今回の知識を知れば添削の部分が「なぜそうなるのか」よくわかるはずですね。参考になっていれば嬉しく思います。

【7】は SVOO の形なので、受動態の主語は２種類可能だと思います。
【10】の動詞述部の中位にある long は少し堅めの言い方で、【10'】のように for a long time とするのが最も informal な言い方だと思います。【10】のように has long been done という位置に long を持ってくるのが自然だと思いますが、【10'''】のように has been long done という位置に long を置くのも間違った英語表現ではないと思います。
non-native なので、はっきりそうだとは言えません。
副詞の long の位置は難しいですね。

"for a long time" を使わずに、"I have long waited ..." や "I long have waited ..." とする言い方をするのは very stuffy だというコメントが付いていました。それから倒置を使って、もっと堅く言えば、"Long have I waited ..." ともできるようですね。
