さっぱりわかりません。 minutes という選択肢があればそれを選びます。
（３）The windows are made of unbreakable (glass).
素材を意味しているので。 glasses だと眼鏡。

（４）(Is) her hairs turning gray?
おそらく一本ずつとは見てないかと。
（５）My (pajamas are) at the laundry.
上下セットでパジャマ。
（６）The writer of this letter is a (ten-year-old) boy.
形容詞になると s はつかないはず。

rain もひとつずつとは数えなさそう。
