My shoulder and arm have hurt from last November. Of course I went to the clinic. The doctor said you had the frozen shoulder. I've taken some medicine and applied some tape since then.
But I was getting any better. I went to another clinic and I found that the course pain was cervical disc herniation. Anyway, it was good because I knew the course.

去年の11月から肩と腕が痛くて。もちろん医者には行ったよ。先生は50肩ですねって。ずっと薬飲んでテープ貼ってたけど一向に良くならないから別の医者に行ってきたの。そして、痛みの原因は頚椎ヘルニアだってわかったよ。とにかく原因がわかってよかったわ。
