今日のフレーズを使う場面として紹介されていたのは、
とても日常的な場面でした。

買い物中に　選んだ品物を　「これでいいと思う？」って聞いたり、本のページに乱丁や落丁がないかを調べてみて　と頼んだりするような場面です。

ｍ： I prepared your friend's address list for the new year card. Would you look these over and see if they're OK?
h：　I think　they seem to be OK.
m：　Are you sure? Did you really look them?
h：　Ah..um.. I believe you've done it without mistake.
m：　Hah? You are just lazy!

私：年賀状用にあなたの友だちの住所録を作ったよ。間違ってないかちょっと見てくれない？
夫：大丈夫だと思うよ
私：ほんとにぃ？　ちゃんと見たの？
夫：あ、えっと、きみは間違いなくやったと思ってるんだよ。
私：はぁ？　めんどくさいだけでしょ！
