real には「本物である」という意味もありますが、どういうわけで、「存在する」という訳語を選択なさったんでしょうか。

ありえると思うよ、みんなじゃないけど。
場合によるよ。

不思議な存在を信じるか否かという話題から、男女間の友情って話になったの面白いなぁと思いました。
