I can see a iPhone and a pear of earphones.
It is not certain whether the mobile phone and earphones were connected directly.
Because the photo was cropped.
They might be connected with Bluetooth.
I'm not sure what this type of ear pads are called, 'canal type'?
Anyway, I also have the same type of them.
It fits very much to ears, so the sound is hardly leaked even if the volume is big.
Of cource, there are limits to everything.

もしかするとブルートゥースで繋がっているかもしれません。
このタイプの耳あてが何と呼ばれるかはっきり分からないのですが、カナルタイプでしたっけ？
とにかく、私も同じタイプのものを持っています。
耳にとてもフィットするので、音量が大きくても音がほとんど漏れません。
もちろん、何事にも限度がありますけどね。
