frenzy と良く似ているな~と思ったら、語源は同じもののようで。

すみません、frantic は形容詞でした。修正しました。

frenzy は、その原因が不安でなくてもいい(楽しいワクワクでもOK)ようですが、
frantic は、強い恐怖や不安が原因の場合に限られるようですね。

私は、fanatic を似た言葉として思いつきました。
