What you have to do is over right now, have a good sleep.




After getting up tommorow, directly go get <span class="caps">THE LIST</span> and bring it throughout the day.




All you have to do is to deal with things written on it.

It doesn't matter if you want to list more or less. It depends. I really don't have exactly scientific meaning about the number of tasks.

I haven't heard of it. Actually things listed up can be easily imagined if they are 7 or less such as 7つの習慣 or ~のための6つの方法 or something like that.
