問題：下の１～４の受動態の英文のうち誤文が１つあるが、それはどれか？　番号で答えてください。

Ryoma gave me the ball.　を元にした受動態
　１．I was given the ball by Ryoma.
　２. The ball was given to me by Ryoma.

He made us the special vegetable juice.　元にした受動態
　３. We were made the special vegetable juice by him.
　４. The special vegetable juice was made for us by him.

解答：３

ポイントが１点。
　第４文型を受動態にする問題の場合、
　・「to型」は01も02も主語にした受動態を作れるが
　・「for型」は02を主語にした受動態は可能だが、O1を主語にした受動態は作れない。(補足：buyだけはfor型でも作れるが、あまりいい表現ではないらしい）

第４文型の動詞は、大きく２種類あります。to型とfor型に分けられます。

　to型の主なもの…give, show, teach, tell, send, write
　for型の主なもの…buy, make, find, cook, sing

これは、第４文型の英文を意味を同じにしたまま第３文型に変える場合に「登場する前置詞」で分けているのです。
例：to型
　Ryoma gave me the ball.（竜馬は私にそのボールをくれた）
　　S　　V　　O1　　O2
　→Ryoma gave the ball to me.（竜馬は私にそのボールをくれた）
　×Ryoma gave the ball for me.

例：for型
　He made us the special vegetable juice.（彼は我々に特製野菜ジュースを作ってくれた）
　S　　V　O1　　　　　　　　　O2
　→He made the special vegetable juice for us.（彼は我々に特製野菜ジュースを作ってくれた）
　×He made the special vegetable juice to us.

それで！

●to型は01も02も主語にした受動態を作成可能。
Ryoma gave me the ball.　を元にした受動態
　１．I was given the ball by Ryoma.（私は竜馬によってそのボールを与えられた）
　２. The ball was given to me by Ryoma.（そのボールは竜馬によって私に与えられた）

●for型はO2を主語にした受動態のみ作成可能。
He made us the special vegetable juice.　元にした受動態
×３. We were made the special vegetable juice by him.
　４. The special vegetable juice was made for us by him.（特製野菜ジュースが彼によって我々に作られた）

もちろん、O2を主語にした受動態を作る場合、to型ならto、for型ならforを付けますが。

to型、for型を覚えるのは大変ですが、なんとか覚えたいものです。
