うーん、なんでwithじゃないんだろう? この辺の感覚がねぇ、、、。

rich のニュアンス、としか言い様がないですね。辞書には with が来ることもある、とあります。rich in は資源的なものが多いような気がしますね。元々そういう状態である、ということではないでしょうか。先天性、とでもいうべきですかね。
　対して with は、何か手段的なもの、あるいは後天的に持った何か、ではないでしょうか？
