カリルさんから何度もスケジュール確認の電話が来てみんなちょっと食傷気味です。
でも、工場に問い合わせたところ、スケジュールは今週末にならないとわからないのだそう・・・。
カリルさんに電話をして、その旨を伝えましょう。

let you know はビジネスの相手につかっても大丈夫なのかな？
アイノウの　職場で使える会話のコースにもでてきたけど、社内での会話だったような・・・

2文目は、Would you mind waiting until then. のほうが丁寧ですね。

ルーシーが説明してくれたけど、
weekend では　土日　って思われるみたいですね。
the end of this week なら　今週末。これは人によって取り方がちがって金曜日と思う人もいれば、日曜日と思う人もいるので要注意、ってことでした。

at the latest がポイントか。そのひと言で安心しますね。

もうちょっと配慮が欲しいね＾＾；（昨日も、～いただけますか？が足りなかった。）

それとby the end of ～と until then も。
