マニュアルについては、follow～のほかに、consult～っていうふうに言ってもいいのね。

回答では　consider ではなくて　review でしたね、そして　mail じゃなくて　email
「はるかに超えています」って感じをだすには　far exceed にすればいいんですね。

complaint には　誠実だけどきっぱりと　言うべきことは言わないとだめなんですね

という文まで言うほうが　よりはっきりするかも　って思いました。

the type of use って言うのか…。
またまた review が使われていますね。前回の放送でも「よくよく検討する」という意味で重要な単語だと説明がありました。最初に考えた時、I read your email. が思い付きましたが、reviewed を使うべきなんですね。

まずは受けの言葉。昨日出てきたreview(よく考えて検討した感のある単語）を使うんですね。

その後も、直前の会話で出てきたexceed や capacity をうまく使えればよかったですね。
それとyouは使わないで、相手（顧客）を非難しないようにするんだということはわかりました。
客観的に事実を述べるように努めると。
