DAY ４・５は、「Request from Your Host Family」がテーマで対話カラオケでした。

少しずつ慣れつつあります。⇒ I'm getting used to it little by little.

2. Can you finish your shower BEFORE 11? といわれて
あ、もちろんです。すみません。⇒ Oh, sure. Sorry about that.
これからは早めにシャワーを浴びます。⇒ I'll take a shower earlier from now on.

確認のため、相手の言ってることを繰り返すっていうのは大事だなぁ～と思いながら聞いてました。

後半ほとんどついていけなかったです…。
One time I was talking and talking, and our homestay guest kept listening, but actually she didn't understand anything.
Oh, that's awkward. But maybe she was trying to be polite. I can imagine that happening.
Most Americans usually expect you to ask right away when you don't understand.
Oh, okay. That's a little different from Japan. We're told not to interrupt people.
