I strongly disagree with bilateral deals. If we sined on the documents, we would be merged and taken over by the country.

draw upなんてありましたっけ・・・と思ってみましたら、ありました！
4月11日の内容は、先週でいちばんわかりにくかったとおもいます。

最初きいたとき、名詞かとおもいまして、なんでits branchでないの？といっしゅん・・・

今回のニュースでは　mobile phone carriers: 携帯電話会社　で使われていました。
運送会社、電話会社、郵便事業会社などで　carrier が使われるようです。
