draw upなんてありましたっけ・・・と思ってみましたら、ありました！
4月11日の内容は、先週でいちばんわかりにくかったとおもいます。

今回のニュースでは　mobile phone carriers: 携帯電話会社　で使われていました。
運送会社、電話会社、郵便事業会社などで　carrier が使われるようです。
