きょうは、ちょびちゃん、えるまま、ねぎ様がいらっしゃいました。

私からは以下のとおり、、、

第1問・・・certain

あ、ここに出した問題書き込むんだった...と、今更ながら気が付きました。

私の問題は...えっと...
field と outstanding の2つだったような...

fieldは、ご存じの通りの意味、名詞のフィールド。
それにはいくつかの種類があって...
野球のフィールドや、軍事用語で言うフィールド(戦場)
お仕事で使うフィールド(営業管轄エリアみたいな感じ)があるわけで...
んで、あたしが注目したのは、動詞のフィールド。

ジブリに居た西村監督のインタビューで使われていました。

Will Ghibli ever employ a female director? Nishimura fields this question.

上手く返答する、ってことなんでしょうね。初めて見たので問題にしてみました。

Outstanding は、ビジネス用語で良く出てくるみたいですが、私的には、良くできた生徒さんと言う意味の方がなじみ深いですw
