S : Yeah, I eat out pretty often.
J : This location is great for you. This one is available. It’s on the first floor. Is a condo on the first floor okay with you?
S : Well, for security I would like a higher floor.
J : There’s another one on the second floor with a good view, but there is no elevator. Are you able to climb some stairs?
S : One flight of stairs... I think I can do that.

J : That was a very informative tour. The guide said there are 354 stairs to get to the top of the Statue of Liberty. Should we go to the top?
